Welcome to the Tourist and Heritage Centre, ideally situated on the famous Alsace Wine Route, at the foot of the historic walled quarter of Châtenois! On the ground floor, the vineyard’s visitor centre welcomes you and helps you explore Châtenois and the surrounding area. Cultural activities, sporting pursuits, ideas for days out, top tips for places to eat or stay: our team is on hand to advise you and help you organise your stay. In the basement, step back in time as you explore an exhibition of archaeological artefacts unearthed during excavation campaigns carried out in the ramparts district. A wonderful opportunity to delve into the village’s history! This area is open during the same hours as the visitor centre. As an ‘Accueil Vélo’ accredited centre, the visitor centre offers services and facilities tailored to cyclists passing through. Fancy exploring the surrounding area in a different way? E-bikes are also available for hire, subject to booking and during the centre’s opening hours. To help you stay connected throughout your visit, free Wi-Fi is also available.
