    Les Délices de Joséphine was born of a daughter's love for her adoptive mother, a good cook with a generous heart. Today, Monique perpetuates this precious heritage by offering succulent jams, compotes, syrups and her inimitable gingerbread. Each of her products is designed with respect for tradition: made from mainly locally-grown fruit (organic or from sustainable agriculture) and artisanal honey, without colorants or preservatives, they preserve all the richness of taste. Winner of numerous awards: Meilleur Pain d'Épices d'Alsace 2010, Meilleur Confiturier de France in 2017, 1¿¿ prize at the Marmiton 2016 competition, award-winning jams at the Salon de l'Agriculture in 2023 and 2024, Monique invites you to a veritable explosion of authentic flavors, to savor on your toast, as a dessert or as a sweet gourmet break.
