    DESCRIPTIF

    Chez Hans bakery offers breads made from ancient Alsatian cereals and natural sourdough. The breads on offer are kneaded by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven. The range is extensive, and changes with the seasons: hemp, mustard, starch or red wheat breads are offered according to the baker's whims. Hans also offers viennoiseries, made with local ingredients, butter only and handmade, including fillings and custards. Regional products and several local beers are also on offer in the small grocery store. All products are certified organic by FR-BIO-15. Orders strongly advised on 07 81 71 01 18.
