Distillery Nusbaumer

Founded in 1947 - the Jos Nusbaumer distillery is independent and family owned. Our speciality is the distillation of eaux de vie and the elaboration of fruit and plant liqueurs; we have been opening a new page of our know-how for a few years now with new distillations (mountain gins & French aquavit). We propose about fifty products which can be discovered in our store. As a proof of our commitment to craftsmanship, we have received the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label. The guided tour has been revamped this fall 2022, it is now possible to discover our manufacturing workshops. This visit is on reservation, on our website in the heading "visit us" where you will find all the available slots or by telephone in 03 90 56 29 56. The visit of about one hour will make you discover our workshops of manufacture: preparation of the fruits, room of the stills, storage & bottling.
